By submitting an order form, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include applicable VAT (merverdiavgift) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Norway. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
6. Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within the 14-day period. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
