1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven, Lov om opplysningsplikt og angrerett ved fjernsalg og salg utenom faste forretningslokaler), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.
This right applies to purchases made remotely (including online orders). It does not apply to opened or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, unless the product was found to be defective upon opening.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at clientsask@khiphloxspyxar.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order reference, and reason for return (optional).
- We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product to our address: Khiphloxspyxar, Strandgata 8, 7900 Rørvik, Norway.
- Products must be dispatched within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
- The product must be in its original, unopened and sealed condition.
- The product must not have been damaged, altered, or used.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
If a product seal has been broken, the item is generally not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, due to the nature of food supplement products and applicable hygiene regulations — unless the product was received defective or damaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in cases of standard withdrawal. We cover return shipping costs if the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of the date we receive the product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct a reduced refund amount if the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Statutory warranty rights under the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) apply for a period of 2 years from delivery.
